Service Agreement
By placing an order with Celebboost, you agree to these Terms of Service. We agree to deliver the service ordered using our retention-tested delivery infrastructure, paced safely to avoid platform issues. You agree to provide accurate account information (username or post URL) and use our services for accounts you own or have authorization to grow.
Permitted Use
Use our services for: your own social media accounts, accounts of clients you have written permission to manage, accounts of brands you operate, your own content (posts, videos, channels). Multi-account customers welcome with proper authorization documentation.
Prohibited Use
Do not use our services for: (1) Accounts you don't own or have permission to grow (no ordering for ex-friends, business rivals, etc.). (2) Illegal content (CSAM, terrorism, regulated content like firearms in restricted jurisdictions). (3) Hate speech accounts or content promoting violence. (4) Accounts impersonating real people or brands without authorization. (5) Vote manipulation in political/electoral contexts. Violations result in immediate order cancellation, refund forfeiture, and account ban.
Service Delivery
We deliver via paced organic-pattern delivery from retention-tested real-looking accounts. Delivery times vary by service (15 minutes to 21 days). We don't guarantee specific platform algorithmic outcomes (e.g., "your post will go viral") — only the quantitative delivery you ordered. Algorithmic outcomes depend on your content quality and platform-specific factors beyond our control.
Refunds & Refills
See our Refund Policy at celebboost.com/refund-policy for full terms. Summary: 30-day money-back guarantee on quality issues, automatic refill within 30 days for drops, refund or refill applies based on situation and your preference.
Account Suspension Risk
While our delivery practices have caused zero account suspensions in 5 years, platform algorithms occasionally make suspension decisions for unrelated reasons. We can't guarantee no suspension; if your account is suspended within 7 days of a Celebboost order, contact support and we will provide order documentation to support your appeal at no cost.
Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Substantive changes notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes that affect existing orders will be honored under the original terms (no retroactive changes).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (where Celebboost is incorporated). Disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation first; binding arbitration if negotiation fails. EU customers retain GDPR-related rights regardless of jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute. We aren't liable for: indirect damages (lost revenue from account suspension by platform), consequential damages (business losses), or third-party actions (platform algorithmic decisions outside our control). This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order for someone else's account?
Only with their written permission. Ordering for accounts you don't own or aren't authorized to grow violates our Terms and may also violate platform policies. Our system doesn't verify ownership; you're responsible for compliance.
What happens if I violate Terms?
Order cancellation, refund forfeiture, account ban from future Celebboost services. Severe violations (illegal content, abusive use) may also result in cooperation with law enforcement if applicable.
Can the Terms change later?
Yes, with 14 days notice for substantive changes. Existing orders honored under original terms. Use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Where are disputes handled?
Good-faith negotiation first via support@celebboost.com or disputes@celebboost.com. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration under UAE law. EU customers also have GDPR-related rights regardless of forum.
