When You're Eligible for a Refund

How to Request a Refund

Partial Refunds
For partial-completion orders, we issue prorated refunds equal to the undelivered portion. For example, an order for 1,000 followers that delivered 700 due to platform restrictions receives a refund equal to 30% of the order value. Partial refunds process at the same speed as full refunds.
Refill vs Refund
When followers/likes/views drop within 30 days, our default response is automatic refill at no cost — replacing dropped engagement at the same quantity. Refunds apply when refill isn't possible (e.g., service no longer available for your platform) or when you specifically request refund instead of refill at the time of contact.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage contacting support before filing a chargeback with your payment provider. Most issues resolve same-day through our refund process; chargebacks add 30-60 days of processing and may freeze your Celebboost account during dispute. We honor legitimate refund requests faster than chargeback processes typically resolve.
Dispute Resolution
If our initial refund decision differs from your expectation, escalate to senior support via email at disputes@celebboost.com. Senior team reviews within 48 hours and provides written decision with rationale. We aim for fair outcomes — most disputes resolve in customer favor when valid refund grounds exist.
