Privacy policy
We keep as little as possible, for as short as possible.
What we collect
- Order data: your email, the public link you provide, the package, price and order status.
- Payment references: the payment provider's invoice id and status. Never card numbers or wallet keys.
- Technical data: IP address, approximate location derived from it (country and region), browser type and time of the request. Used for fraud prevention and support.
- Public counts: the public follower, like or view count of the link you provide, read to verify the target and measure delivery.
- Support messages: what you send us through the support form.
Why
To deliver and track your order, send order emails, honour the warranty, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Who else sees it
- Payment providers receive the amount and an order reference so you can pay.
- Delivery partners receive the public link and quantity, nothing else.
- Email delivery services receive your email address to send order updates.
- Hosting and IP-location services process technical data on our behalf.
Cookies
Only a session cookie needed for forms to work and a setting that remembers your light or dark theme. No advertising trackers.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised. Support messages are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where we have no legal reason to keep it. Contact support from the email used at checkout.
