Refill warranty explained: why counts drop and how refills work
Followers and likes can fall after delivery. Here is why it happens, what a warranty covers, and exactly how to claim one on your order page.
Instagram
A refill warranty is the part of a growth service that separates a real business from a one-off seller. This is what it covers, why it exists, and how it works on Celebboost.
Why counts drop
Instagram removes accounts it considers inactive, duplicated or spammy, usually in waves. When an account is removed, everyone it followed loses one follower and every post it liked loses one like. This happens to bought and organic followers alike; big brands lose thousands in a single cleanup. The lower the quality of the account, the more likely it is to be removed, which is why cheaper tiers drop more and carry shorter warranties.
What a warranty covers
A warranty promises that, for a set number of days after delivery, the service will replace what dropped for free. On our packages the length is shown next to every amount, and it differs by quality category: the higher the category, the longer the warranty, because those accounts are more stable to begin with.
The warranty covers drops from the count recorded at completion. It does not cover changes you make yourself, such as removing followers or deleting the post, and it cannot run on a profile that has gone private, because the count can no longer be read.
How to claim, step by step
- Open your order page, from the link in your confirmation email or through Track order with your order id and email.
- Go to Warranty.
- Press Claim warranty.
- We read your live count, compare it with the count we recorded when delivery completed, and send a refill for the difference. The claim and the refill show on the same page.
There is no form and nobody to convince. A small drop below the threshold is rejected automatically with the numbers shown, so you can see exactly why.
Why we record the count at completion
Without a recorded number, every warranty is an argument. Recording the count at the moment delivery completes gives both sides one figure to compare against, and it lets the claim be checked by a machine in seconds rather than by an email thread over days.
Keeping drops small in the first place
- Pick a quality category that fits the page; the cheapest tier is the one that drops most.
- Keep the profile public for the whole warranty period.
- Do not run follow-unfollow tools or third-party automation on the account; they trigger cleanups.
Drops are a normal part of the platform, not a fault in your order. The warranty exists so they are our problem, not yours.
